You set what Zoho doesn’t hold: how the role is scored, the shortlist threshold, the screening questions, whether there is a coding round, and which steps run on their own.
When the position changes in Zoho (a new client name, more openings, a revised target date), the change carries across without touching your scoring setup or your candidates. Close the position in Zoho and it closes in Sivett too.
