- Your positions are ready to run. The job description, client, hiring manager and number of openings are already in place, ready for you to set how the role is scored.
- Every applicant is read. Everyone who applies through your ATS is scored against the position, with no export or upload.
- Changes stay in step. Position details changed in the ATS carry across, and a position closed there closes in Sivett too.
- Everything Sivett learns goes back. Scores, screening answers and interview evaluations return to the candidate’s record in your ATS, so nobody retypes them.
