What is Sivett?
Sivett is an AI recruitment platform for IT services firms. It works as an intelligence layer on your ATS: it scores every applicant against the job description, screens the ones who clear your bar on WhatsApp or email, and interviews the ones who pass, so your recruiters get a ranked, evidenced shortlist. Who makes Sivett?
Sivett is built and sold by Celerinn Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. Algoleap Technologies is a customer: every position its recruiters open runs through Sivett.
How is Sivett different from an ATS?
An ATS is a system of record: it stores candidates and tracks where they are. Sivett does the work between those stages (searching, scoring, screening and interviewing) and reads from and writes back to your ATS rather than replacing it.
Which ATS does Sivett work with?
Sivett integrates with the ATS you already run. Zoho Recruit has a ready-made integration, and we connect other ATS platforms as part of setup. With no ATS at all, every feature still works. See ATS integrations.
Does Sivett decide who gets hired?
No. Sivett stops at the shortlist. Your recruiter decides who advances, and later rounds stay with your engineers and your client.
How long until we’re live?
Most teams are running a live position within a week of connecting their ATS.
Candidate experience
How are candidates contacted for screening?
On WhatsApp, by email form, or both, set per position. Shortlisted candidates are asked a short set of screening questions about that role. More on candidate screening.
When do candidates take the first-round interview?
Whenever suits them. Candidates who clear screening get a link and take a proctored first-round interview in their own time, with no slot to book. More on AI interviews.
What about candidates who don’t use WhatsApp?
They can be screened and interviewed without it. WhatsApp is the default because it’s how most Indian candidates reply, not a requirement.
Data and security
Who is responsible for candidate data under the DPDP Act?
You are the Data Fiduciary for your candidates’ data; Sivett is the Data Processor and acts on your documented instruction. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and the full sub-processor list is published in our privacy policy.
Is candidate data used to train AI models?
No. Candidate data is never used to train models, and Sivett’s AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) do not train on API inputs or outputs.
Where is candidate data stored?
Application and database infrastructure is hosted in an Indian region. Interview recordings are stored in India. See the privacy policy.
Pricing
How is Sivett priced?
By the number of positions you run, not per recruiter. Every recruiter on your team is included.
Is the first month billed?
No. Month one covers setup, JD tuning and your first live positions, and we don’t bill for it.
What is the contract term?
A 12-month term with a 90-day exit.
