Why Sivett exists
A recruiter can give about forty resumes a proper read in a week. A single IT services position can draw more than five hundred. The gap between those numbers decides who gets hired more than any judgement about fit, and in IT services every week a seat stays open is revenue that’s been won but can’t be billed.
That cost falls between functions: sales sees it at signature, delivery sees it as lower utilisation, and talent acquisition controls hiring speed without carrying the revenue number. Sivett takes the queues out of the front of the funnel (reading applicants, confirming screening data and the first technical round) so the time a hiring team controls gets shorter.
